I apologize to three people who sent me links that I just lost because I put in a new one today.  I'm considering deleting this page because it's given me a lot of problems with trying to create links.  For example, when I put in a new link, I lose a couple links.  Or the page will repeat links.  I've tried several times to redo the page, but I keep running into the same problems.

I might just make a blog post with a bunch of links and then link that blog post to this page.  But that will be down the road.  Right now, I am too busy getting a book ready for publication to make a blog page.  Thanks for your patience.
